FRONT PAGE PLANNING

These are a few images from my original photo shoot. I believe the outfits and the use of the tapestry help to portray the indie genre of the magazine. However, I am going to retake my images as the shoot was quite dark so by making it lighter it means you will be able to see her first better. Also, the model was not wearing any makeup as I wanted her to look more natural, but most models will wear a small layer of makeup even if it is natural to make it look more professional. A lot of the images also have a musical instrument used within them as I thought it would be a good way to bring musicality into the cover. Nevertheless, I found from my research that most music magazines in fact do not have an instrument on the front cover.
